– Write the case analysis by answering the following questions one by one.

2. Should his contract be renewed? Discuss it with the class.
3. What are the unique situation characteristics of Michel Memorial Hospital that need to be factored into the contract renewal decision
4. Conduct a 15 minutes role-play for the contract renewal conversation in class between Prescott and Ventura. Pay attention to both parties’ objectives for the conversation
